Cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations must be made in writing.
Registration Cancellation before 120 days of the conference start date will receive 80 % refund. For only without discounted registration persons.
Registration Cancellation between 119 to 90 days prior to the conference start date will receive 50 % refund.
Registration Cancellations received below 89 days of the conference start date are non-refundable of both registration & accommodation fee
Video Presentations & E-Poster: Non-refundable
The bank charges/transaction charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be totally borne by the participants.
The discounted registration fees are non refundable. The fees will be automatically be transferred to one of the future event.
Personal Reason
The CreativeConferences cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the event is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.
